Sergiño Dest was born in Almere (Netherlands) on 3 November 2000 and took his first steps as a football with his hometown club before joining Ajax in 2012. He made his first team debut for the Dutch giants in 2019 in the final of the Dutch Super Cup against PSV. In the summer of 2020, he joined Barcelona and went on to make 72 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists, for the Blaugrana. Dest is a quick, dynamic and technical full-back, who loves to dribble and join the attack – characteristics that will serve him well with AC Milan.
