Indeed, after spells at Pisa and Vigor Misericordia, she signed for Firenze, where, from 2011, she spent four years prior to the founding of Fiorentina’s women's sector. She played for the Viola for six seasons, winning the Scudetto in 2017, the Coppa Italia twice and the Supercoppa Italiana once and also taking part in four editions of the Women's Champions League. She arrived at AC Milan in the summer of 2021, making her Champions League debut against FC Zürich and collecting - in two seasons - a total of 60 appearances and 4 goals between all competitions. In 2018, Adami made her Italy debut as the Azzurre faced France in a friendly in Marseille. As of June 2023, she's played seven times for her country.
