Kamila Dubcová was born in Valašské Meziříčí, the Czech Republic, on 17 January 1999 and, together with her twin sister, Michaela, spent her youth career at Slovácko, where she also debuted in the Czech top flight. In 2018, both twins made the move to Slavia Praha, where they finished as runners-up in both the league and national cup competition. Then came their first experience abroad as they signed for Sassuolo in 2019. As opposed to her sister, who stayed in Italy for a single season, Kamila played for the Neroverde for three seasons and continued to grow performance-wise, so much so that she was included in the 2021/22 Team of the Season. In total, she scored 18 goals in 61 appearances for Sassuolo before signing for the Rossonere in the summer of 2022: her first season here ended with 31 games played and two games in Serie A and Coppa Italia. Despite her young age, she's made 38 appearances (ten goals) for the Czech Republic as of June 2023.
