    Milicia Keijzer was born in Alkmaar on 17 April 2003 and trained in the youth academies of Telstar and VV Alkmaar. She made her Eredivisie debut at the age of 16 on 15 November 2019 for Ajax, the club she would later join in 2020. After gaining early experiences with Ajax's reserve team, she was permanently promoted to the First Team by Suzanne Bakker in the 2022/23 season, contributing to the Amsterdam side's national league title. The following season, she made her Women's Champions League debut and also won the Dutch Cup. Keijzer joined AC Milan in the summer of 2025. In the early years of her career, she was also part of the Netherlands' youth squad, representing her country at Under-16, Under-17, and Under-19 levels.
