Monica Renzotti was born in Brescia on February 23, 2005, and has developed at AC Milan since 2019, climbing through the youth ranks (including an Under-17 Scudetto in 2022) and becoming a key part of the first three seasons of the Rossonere Women's Primavera. She made history for our club on October 3, 2021, when her free kick against Juventus became the first official goal ever scored by AC Milan's Women's Primavera. With 38 goals, she is the Rossonere all-time top scorer at that level. She officially joined the First Team for the 2024/25 season and quickly became a regular in Coach Bakker's rotation, finishing her first professional season with 26 appearances (24 starts) and one goal against Fiorentina. She added 22 more games (with three league goals) in 2025/26, while remaining part of the Italy Under-23 setup.
