Monica Renzotti was born on 23 February 2005 in Brescia. Since 2019, she has risen through the ranks of the AC Milan Youth Sector (winning the U17 Scudetto in 2022) to become an integral part of the Women's Primavera side. She made Club history on 3 October 2021, when her penalty against Juventus became the first official goal for the Women's Primavera. With 38 goals, she was the top scorer of her age group. She was officially called up to the First Team for the 2024/25 season, quickly establishing herself as a regular in Coach Bakker's rotation. She finished her first professional season with 26 appearances (24 of them as a starter) and one goal against Fiorentina.
