Nadine Sorelli was born in Vimercate on February 2, 2005, and has developed at AC Milan since 2020, climbing the youth ladder and becoming a key member of the Rossonere Women's Primavera for two seasons. Both were important years, especially the second, when she wore the captain's armband and lifted both the Viareggio Women's Cup and the Scudetto in May 2024. She officially joined the Women's First Team for the 2024/25 season, inheriting the No. 6 shirt from Laura Fusetti and making her debut against Fiorentina in September. In her first Serie A season she made 24 appearances across all competitions; in 2025/26 she was held back by a long-term injury, returning toward the end of the season. Nadine has captained Italy's Under-19 national team and was also called up to a senior national team training camp in the spring of 2025.
