Rimantė Jonušaitė was born in Mažeikiai, Lithuania, on 25 October 2003. She started her career at MFA Triumfas Mažeikiai in the second tier of Lithuanian football before making the step-up to the top flight with Gintra, who she joined in the autumn of 2018. There, she won three league titles and established herself as the top scorer in the division with an impressive tally of 89 goals across two seasons between 2019 and 2020. While at Gintra, she also played seven times in the preliminary stages of the Champions League and won her first international cap (as of June 2023, she has scored three goals in eleven matches for Lithuania). She signed for AC Milan in November 2021, making her debut in a Rossonere victory over Empoli.
