Born in Granada on July 15, 2002, Sandra Estévez Ogalla joined her hometown club at 16 after her early years with Arenas de Armilla. She made her First Team debut in January 2021 and has since made 77 appearances for Granada, playing a leading role in their promotion to Liga F in 2023 and in the two seasons that followed, peaking with a fifth-place finish in 2024/25 and a run to the Copa de la Reina Semifinals. She is part of Spain's Under-23 national team. She joined AC Milan in June 2025 and made her official Rossonere debut on March 15, 2026, in a 1-0 away win over Juventus, standing out with a penalty save against Stølen Godø. As of the 2026/27 season, she is AC Milan Women's starting goalkeeper.
