  1. Where can I buy the Cuore Rossonero card
    Cuore rossonero can be bought only:
    - Online
    - At the Casa Milan ticket office in Via Aldo Rossi, 8, next to the Milan Store in Gino Valle square

  2. Which documents are needed to purchase the Cuore Rossonero card?
    To buy Cuore Rossonero you need:
    - Identification document (Passport, driver’s license,…)
    - Fiscal code (only for Italian residents)
    - 1 digital passport photo to be uploaded online. At Casa Milan the photo will be taken on the spot via a webcam or you can bring one on a USB stick

  3. How much does a new Cuore Rossonero card cost?
    A new Cuore Rossonero costs € 15.00
    At the Casa Milan ticket office it will be printed immediately. When purchased online it will be shipped via courier. For domestic shipments the packing and handling costs will be free. For international delivery the shipment cost will vary depending on the destination.

  4. How much does it cost to renew a Cuore Rossonero card?
    To renew a Cuore Rossonero costs € 10.00
    At the Casa Milan ticket office it will be printed immediately. When purchased online it will be shipped via courier. For domestic shipments the packing and handling costs will be free. For international delivery the shipment cost will vary depending on the destination.

  5. How much does a Cuore Rossonero card cost when purchased together with a season ticket?
    When purchased together with a season ticket, Cuore Rossonero costs € 5.00 both for new cards and renewals.

  6. Can the Cuore Rossonero card be put in the name of a minor?
    Yes, but the request and the contract must be signed by a parent or a legal representative.

  7. Can I request the Cuore Rossonero card even if I live abroad or if I am not an Italian citizen?
    Yes. In case of online purchase, for international delivery the shipment cost will vary depending on the destination and will be charged to you.

  8. Can the Cuore Rossonero card be purchased for other people, or is mandatory to be present in person at the Casa Milan ticket office?
    To purchase a Cuore Rossonero at the Casa Milan ticket office one needs to be present in person, to sign the contract documents. Online is instead possible to buy up to four Cuore Rossonero cards. These cards will have some limitations applied until the owner will be identified by the staff at the San Siro.

  9. I would like to buy a Cuore Rossonero. Can I buy it even if I already have another team’s Supporter’s ID card?
    Yes, it is possible.

  10. How can I upload the photo online?
    The photo can be uploaded from your PC/Mac hard drive. It cannot be over 4MB, with a resolution over 72dpi in RGB and the sides cannot be over 250 pixels. Once uploaded, the face will be recognised and cut automatically. In the Cuore Rossonero frame will be shown the photo as it will be printed. We remind you that the face must be recognisable, without sunglasses, scarves or hats. The photo can show exclusively the owner of the Cuore Rossonero card.

  11. When will the Cuore Rossonero expire?
    The Cuore Rossonero will expire four years after its issue.

  12. The Cuore Rossonero cards purchased in Intesa Sanpaolo or those without a photo are still valid?
    Every Cuore Rossonero is valid until its expiration date printed on the card itself. The Cuore Rossonero without a photo is valid and has the same functionalities as those with the photo, and hence it does not need to be replaced. For more information on the expiration of your Cuore Rossonero without photo, you can write an email to cuore.rossonero@acmilan.it or contact the call centre at +39 02 62284545

  13. How can I renew my Cuore Rossonero if I lost it or it has been stolen?
    In case of theft or loss of the Cuore Rossonero, the owner must report it to the Authorities and send a copy to AC Milan (either via email at cuore.rossonero@acmilan.it or via registered mail at Casa Milan – Ufficio booking Via Aldo Rossi, 8

    The ticket office will block the old card, and the owner will be able to renew it. Automatically, all the passes loaded on the old card will be transferred to the new card. To renew the card, in addition to the loss/theft denunciation, all the documents required for a new emission – photo included – will be required.

  14. My Cuore Rossonero card will expire in the next months, but I want to load a season pass on it, what should I do?
    Every Cuore Rossonero cards expiring during the 2016/2017 season onto which is loaded a season pass will be activated to open the San Siro turnstile until the end of the season, but will not be valid to:
    - Follow AC Milan during away matches;
    - Benefit from reserved sales for matches “outside” the season pass (e.g. TIM cup matches);
    - Transfer tickets to other Cuore Rossonero cards
    We suggest to renew the card together with the purchase of the season pass, benefitting from the discount that would not be applied during the season.

  15. How long does it take for my Cuore Rossonero to be delivered if bought at Casa Milan?
    When you buy a Cuore Rossonero card at the Casa Milan ticket office it will be printed on the spot and you will receive it immediately.

  16. How long does it take for my Cuore Rossonero to be delivered if bought online?
    Shipping takes about 15-30 days, depending on the destination.

  17. I purchased a Cuore Rossonero card more than a month ago, but I have not received it yet. Is it normal? How can I track the shipment?
    The Cuore Rossonero card is shipped to the address you gave us during the purchase. Shipping takes about 15-30 days, depending on the destination.
    The Cuore Rossonero is shipped using Nexice courier, which uses delivery with signature. If you didn’t receive the package after 30 days, you can contact the call centre at +39 02 62284545 or write an email to cuore.rossonero@acmilan.it; our staff will check with Nexive to track your package

  18. Why should I give you my phone number when purchasing the Cuore Rossonero card?

FAQ CUORE ROSSONERO CARD and ticket purchase

  1. Is it mandatory to be a Cuore Rossonero card holder to purchase tickets for the San Siro?
    Usually the ticket sale for AC Milan matches has a free sales phase, and hence open to non-holders. Having a Cuore Rossonero card can give access to exclusive sale phases, reserved to card owner, that will give you an early access to the ticket sales. Moreover, being Cuore Rossonero card a valid Supporter’s ID card, being an owner will give you the possibility to buy tickets even in those case where a Supporter ID card is required by the Authority.

  2. Is it mandatory to be a Cuore Rossonero card holder to follow AC Milan on away matches?
    Yes. The current legislation requires to own a Supporter’s ID card to follow a team in the Guest Section on away matches. The Cuore Rossonero card is to all effects a Supporter’s ID card.

  3. Is the Cuore Rossonero card valid also for matches where AC Milan is not playing?
    Yes. Being Cuore Rossonero a Supporter’s ID card it can be used to go to see any football match in Italy, even the ones in which AC Milan doesn’t play.

  4. Can I load more than a ticket on my Cuore Rossonero card?
    On each Cuore Rossonero card can be loaded one ticket for each match, strictly in the name of the card owner. At the same time there can be loaded single tickets for multiple matches. (e.g. there cannot be two tickets for AC Milan - AS Roma, but there can be two tickets one for AC Milan – AS Roma and the other for AC Milan – ACF Fiorentina).

  5. I purchased today a Cuore Rossonero card, can I use it for transferring tickets or buying a season ticket or a single ticket?
    Your new Cuore Rossonero card will be active immediately for accessing online services on www.acmilan.com and to AC Milan ticketing system. A period of 24 hours is going to be necessary for the systems to be updated and the card to be recognised by other team’s ticketing systems and therefore following AC Milan on away matches..

  6. I have purchased a ticket for an AC Milan home match, in the San Siro, with a new Cuore Rossonero card purchased online; on the online information I read that I need to activate the card before the first use: what should I do?
    The card purchased online is active ONLY for loading the season ticket/match ticket, but cannot transfer it via ticket transfer and cannot be used to purchase tickets for other people in case of pre-emption sales. All of its features – including opening the San Siro turnstile – will be active once the identification is carried out. The first time you want to use your card purchased online at the San Siro, you will need to go to the specific help desk (located in the North, South and West ticket offices in the San Siro) or at the Casa Milan ticket office to be identified, presenting the same ID document used online for purchasing.
    From that moment on, the card purchased online will be fully active and the identification will not need to be repeated.

  7. I purchased a Cuore Rossonero card online: can I use it to buy tickets for away matches even if I haven’t activated it yet?
    Yes, the Cuore Rossonero card can be used to purchase tickets and follow AC Milan on away matches

  8. I purchased a Cuore Rossonero card, but I haven’t received it yet; can I still buy season tickets or single tickets for home matches?
    Tickets sale can differ between matches. As a rule of the thumb, the current regulations allow each supporter to buy up to four tickets in a single transaction, also for supporters not owning a Cuore Rossonero card. In case of pre-emption sales phase for Cuore Rossonero holders, each owner can buy up to four tickets, but only for supporters already owning a Cuore Rossonero card.

  9. I’ve lost the Cuore Rossonero card onto which I loaded the season ticket/single ticket, what should I do? Will I lose the season ticket/single ticket for the next match?

    In case the ticket is loaded on the Cuore Rossonero card (purchase of a digital ticket), the turnstile will be open with the card. You will need to take the placeholder released with the ticket for the coordinates of your seat.
