    The 2019 International Champions Cup has begun for the Rossoneri. After landing in Boston in the afternoon (17:00 local time), the side arrived at The Charles Hotel where they immediately had a light training session ahead of the competition in the USA. Marco Giampaolo's side mostly had muscle activation work in the gym before going for dinner.

    On Sunday 21 July, full training will start as pre-season continues, following on from the work already done at Milanello. There is just the one session scheduled for 18:00 at the Harvard Ohiri Training Center.
