BACK TO WORK WITH A DOUBLE SESSION

After returning from Chicago and the day off given to the team by Paulo Fonseca, the team held a double session at Pingry High School. The players had breakfast at 8:30 local time before getting ready for the session, which began at 10:00.
REPORT
After activating their muscles, the players did a series of rondos. The session then continued with exercises on possession of the football before finishing with a game on a reduced pitch.
The team did more ball work in the afternoon. The squad split into two groups: the first worked on defending while the other did finishing drills. Tactical work and another game on a reduced pitch concluded the day's training.
