Thinking about it, are we sure that AC Milan played eleven versus eleven in the 2-1 win over PSG? This is because Ruben Loftus-Cheek covered every blade of grass in the Rossoneri's win over the Parisians: in defence, in midfield, and in attack.

The English midfielder won every one of his battles on the pitch against those who made the difference in the reverse fixture, and has also received the award for being the best player on the pitch, as voted for by Rossoneri fans on the AC Milan Official App. With over 50% of the vote, Ruben came ahead of our goalscorers on the night, Leão and Giroud.
Acting in three different roles - midfielder, playmaker, attacking midfielder - Loftus-Cheek starred in both sides of the game with a presence that goes beyond his physical attributes.
