Strahinja Pavlović showed grit, sacrifice, solidity and a desire to never give up, which saw him named our MVP from Lazio v AC Milan at the Olimpico. The fans had no doubts in the poll on the AC Milan Official App.
The Rossoneri's number 31 came first in the vote, ahead of two other players who had goal involvements tonight: Rafa Leão, who made it 2-2, and Christian Pulisic, whose corner set up Pavlović to open the scoring. It was the Serbian's first goal for the Club, and we hope the first of many, and it'll be sure to get the fans buzzing.
After a good individual performance against Parma, despite the defeat, Pavlović played brilliantly again tonight on a bigger stage, given the strength of the opposition. It wasn't just his goal, though well taken, that made Strahinja stand out against the Biancocelesti.
The Serbian centre-back, on numerous occasions, came up big in defence. He finished the game with 98 touches (the highest of any AC Milan player), proof that he is essential in the team's build-up. It was a great display and hopefully, he'll only improve after the break. Idemo, Strahinja!
