A record-breaking night. Adrien Rabiot (three goals, two assists) has been directly involved in at least one goal in four consecutive matches for the first time in his career in Europe’s top five leagues. An assist against Roma, followed by goals against Lecce, Sassuolo and Atalanta. For this achievement, as well as another outstanding performance, the Frenchman earns the MVP award, as voted for by AC Milan fans on the AC Milan Official App.
Rabiot is becoming a goal machine. He headed into the international break in excellent form and has returned even stronger, finding the net in each of his recent appearances. He is currently both Serie A’s top-scoring midfielder (four goals) and its leader for goal involvements (seven - four goals, three assists) in the 2026/27 season. Across Europe’s top five leagues, no other midfielder has been involved in more goals so far this season.
Simply outstanding. A player who always makes the difference. Against Atalanta, Adrien dominated the game, delivering a superb performance in terms of strength and effectiveness. His goal was a blend of power and precision, struck with his weaker right foot to make it 2-0 just before half-time. The fitness of the Rossoneri’s number 12 is equally impressive. He has played every minute of AC Milan’s Serie A campaign since the game against Lazio, while in Salzburg he played a full hour and helped set up Cisse’s second goal with a superb pass that led to Bartesaghi’s assist.
At San Siro, Rabiot controlled the ball 70 times and completed 49 passes, ranking first among his teammates for chances created (four), tackles won (three) and fouls won (two). He topped the MVP vote with 66%, ahead of Moreira in second place and Maignan in third. Strong, hungry and decisive. Outstanding!
