ENGLAND DRAW WITH URUGUAY, TOMORI STARTS

A Friday that featured several international fixtures and plenty of Rossoneri, but with very few thrills. Fikayo Tomori also picked up valuable game time, as he stayed on the pitch until the 70th minute in the 1-1 draw between England and Uruguay, a friendly that served as a taste of the real World Cup. His display was composed and confident. Finally, Zachary Athekame started for Switzerland U21 against the Faroe Islands, playing the full 90 minutes and offering a consistent attacking drive in a convincing performance as part of his international development.
