BRENO v MILAN FUTURO: MATCH PREVIEW

From Sunday to Wednesday, from Solbiate Arno to Breno. Milan Futuro is ready to take to the field again to play in their rescheduled matchday seven match of the Serie D 2025/26 season, which was moved due to the international break. A difficult test which marks the start of a run of away games ending this weekend in Carate Brianza. Here is the Match Preview:

It's a chance for the team to bounce back following the two consecutive losses recently experienced, 0-2 against Caldiero Terme and a 0-1 loss to Ciserano. It's a difficult spell, with no goals scored, that will need be overcome through collective effort. Coach Oddo often repeats it: this group has bundles of technical quality but lacks experience, when it comes to the small details and key moments that, ultimately, make the difference. The team needs to grow and manage absences and rotations in the best possible way: there’s still time. A victory would allow the Rossoneri to fully return to the play-off zone. There's no news on the unavailable front, including players training with the First Team - Balentien and Sala - and those missing due to injury, such as Asanji, Bonomi, and Traorè.

The Bresciani are hot on the heels of the Rossoneri thanks to an important win last weekend: 2-1 against Virtus Ciserano Bergamo, secured by Valenti's penalty and Randazzo's goal. They have shown signs of improvement after a difficult period: Casatese Merate (1-2), ChievoVerona (2-2), Pavia (5-2), Leon (2-2), Vogherese (0-0) and Castellanzese (0-0). Coach Bersi's side tend to opt for an attacking 4-3-3 formation. Castelli appears to be their main threat with five goals to his name already.
