MILAN FUTURO v OLTREPÒ: MATCH PREVIEW

The first game of the month for Oddo's Rossoneri

A third match in seven days for Milan Futuro, who begin their November schedule by hosting another Lombard side, Oltrepò. It's an important opportunity to build consistency in the league and bounce back from the Coppa Italia exit. Here’s the Match Preview ahead of the game.

LATEST FROM MILAN FUTURO
The tour de force, this being the fifth match for Oddo's side since October 19, wraps up as the Rossoneri look for a second consecutive league win against the Pavesi. The win at Carate Brianza against Folgore was important and confirmed the excellent performance of our youngsters against the top teams in the group. After all, the league leaders Chievo's only defeat came at the Chinetti. The coach has plenty of options available, with the last two matches seeing five different goalscorers, highlighting their increased attacking threat.

LATEST FROM OLTREPÒ
Broni's team have earned twelve points in nine games, although they come off a less-than-ideal period, after two 0-0 draws in their last three games (against Caldiero Terme and Virtus CiseranoBergamo) and a heavy 4-1 defeat to Chievo in Verona. Overall, they've won just one of their last seven matches. The Pavesi, however, are a tough team on the road, where they've picked up most of their points, and since this summer they've been led by Pablo Granoche. The Uruguayan, a veteran of Italy's lower leagues as a player, is experiencing his first season as a head coach after two years as Chievo's assistant. Typically set up with a back three, alternating between 3-5-2 and 3-4-1-2, the key players in this very young squad (average age 20.8) are forwards Busso and Hrom, who have each scored three goals.
