MILAN FUTURO BEATEN AT THE CHINETTI: 0-1 PAVIA

Home defeat for Milan Futuro on Matchday 19 of Serie D. At the Chinetti Stadium in Solbiate Arno, Pavia claimed a 1–0 win thanks to a decisive goal from the experienced Poesio, scored in the 43rd minute, just moments before the break. It was a harsh result for Oddo’s Rossoneri, who created several chances – especially in the second half – but were unable to find the net. Jacopo Sardo made his debut in the second half, having joined during the week.

Following last weekend’s convincing away win against Leon (0–3 in Vimercate), Oddo’s side lacked precision in the final third. Clear opportunities fell, across both halves, to Domniței, Cappelletti and Asanji, but none were converted. Milan Futuro’s next fixture is scheduled for next Sunday away to Chievo Verona, a high-profile clash near the top of the table, with kick-off at 14:30 CET.

MATCH REPORT
The opening phase of the game was evenly balanced, with Milan Futuro looking to control possession while Pavia sat deep. The Rossoneri's territorial dominance produced a couple of chances before the break: in the 27th minute Borsani cut inside and shot centrally, and in the 38th Domniței led a promising counter but failed to test the goalkeeper. Just before half-time, Pavia struck through Poesio, who finished with his left foot after a quick transition.

Oddo introduced Traorè after the interval, back from injury. Pittarella then made a fine save to stop Nucera before Milan Futuro increased the pressure. Eletu went close from distance around the hour mark, while crosses from both wings followed, with Cappelletti and Borsani particularly active and Magrassi adding attacking weight. Asanji nearly set up an equaliser late on, and in the final moments Cappelletti's volley forced an excellent save from Bifulco. However, Pavia held on to secure a 1-0 win.
