MILAN FUTURO BEAT CHIEVO 3-1 IN VERONA

Chaka Traorè's brace and Sala's strike lift the Rossoneri into second

Milan Futuro returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory away to ChievoVerona on matchday 20 in Serie D Group B. After the home setback against Pavia, Massimo Oddo’s side got off to a flying start and effectively settled the game in the first half. Chaka Traorè's brace, coupled with Sala's strike from distance, gave them a commanding lead, built on high tempo, aggressive pressing, and superior physicality compared to the hosts. The win is a big one, and with three points, Milan Futuro join ChievoVerona and Brusaporto in second place in the table.

In the second half, the hosts tried to up the intensity and gain more ground, but Milan Futuro absorbed the pressure, stayed compact, managed transitions smartly, and held on to their lead until the final whistle. Chaka Traorè was the star of the show - not just for his brace, his first goals since the reverse fixture against today's opponents - but also for the bursts of pace that consistently pulled the Clivensi apart. Karaca also impressed, providing constant support down the left, contributing defensively, and cleverly winning the penalty. Next up for the Rossoneri is a home clash against Casatese Merate, who are also flying high in the table.
