Milan Futuro made it back-to-back wins with a 2-1 comeback victory away to Villa Valle on Matchday 4 of Serie D Group B. Benzoni gave the hosts the lead in the 65th minute, but Ossola and Pandolfi turned the game around in the final 15 minutes, with the winner coming deep into stoppage time. It was a fine result for Navarro's side against a much more experienced opponent, with an average-age gap of seven years and greater familiarity with the division.
Villa Valle created a number of chances, but Pittarella was outstanding throughout. Milan Futuro grew stronger as the game wore on, with the substitutes making a real impact and helping drive an authoritative second-half response. After going behind, the Rossoneri weathered a spell of heavy pressure as the hosts pushed for a second before turning the game around late on. It was a valuable confidence boost ahead of the international break, with the team next in action in October. Well done, boys!

MATCH REPORT
The hosts threatened first after just two minutes, with Strechie’s 30-yard free kick skimming past the post. Pittarella was alert in the 8th minute to deny Serena’s header from a corner, before the Rossoneri gradually began to take control. Ossola surged forward down the right in the 22nd minute and saw his effort blocked, with Sala sending the rebound over. The tempo dropped as the half wore on, with neither side willing to leave much space. D'Amuri headed wide for Villa Valle in the 38th minute without troubling Pittarella, while Cappelletti delivered a dangerous cross late in the half, only for Nava to make a vital intervention ahead of Asanji.
There were no changes at the break, but Milan Futuro emerged with greater intent. Ossola was immediately involved, though his 47th-minute through ball was cut out, before Pandolfi forced Offredi into a save six minutes later. Pittarella then denied Ravasi in the 59th minute and substitute Siani three minutes later, but he was powerless to stop Benzoni’s close-range finish in the 64th minute, which gave Villa Valle the lead. The hosts grew in confidence and continued to push, leaving the Rossoneri little room to respond. Mister Navarro introduced Colombo and Pagliei in an effort to change the game. Pittarella made another outstanding save from Ravasi in the 77th minute, and the equalizer arrived just 60 seconds later. Ossola raced clear on the counter and kept his cool to beat Offredi. The closing stages became increasingly open, and Milan Futuro completed the turnaround in the second minute of stoppage time. Pagliei showed excellent composure to pick out Pandolfi, who timed his run perfectly before finishing left-footed to seal a dramatic 2-1 win and all three points.

"We put in a fantastic performance," said match winner Fabio Pandolfi. "We went behind, dug deep and had to suffer. It wasn't easy, but we stayed together, responded and turned the game around as a real team. In this league, you have to be mature and fully focused, and I think I showed that today. I'm really pleased. Before anything else, we worked on building a close-knit group and becoming a real team. We've achieved that, and then our quality showed on the field."
