CONCEIÇÃO: "WE ARE READY, WE BELIEVE"

The Rossoneri are in Rome where, after a special visit to the Quirinale Palace with the President of the Republic, it's time for the press conference which precedes AC Milan v Bologna, the 78th Coppa Italia final. Coach Sergio Conceição and Mike Maignan spoke to the press, live on the AC Milan Official App and Milan TV. Here's what they had to say: 

SÉRGIO CONCEIÇÃO

AHEAD OF THE FINAL
"We are ready, concentrated on what we have to do. We have the chance to win another trophy and qualify for Europe after a difficult year. Feeling the pressure is normal, we are AC Milan. We're pumped up and have no fear. We have the desire to play, compete, I have experience from Finals and know how to manage things on the eve of a match like this". 

CONFIDENCE
"We're coming into the game off the back of positive results, the team has improved in this time, even though it's not been as consistent as I would've liked: we have to be at our best, being wary of a very competitive Bologna side and the small details in the match. It'll be different compared to the win in the league. The team believes in what it's doing and has shown this through the comebacks, the goals from the bench. The group is ready, fit and together". 

INDIVIDUALS
"Jović or Gimenez? I'm not saying. Leão is doing well. We still need to see if Fofana will make it, we hope he will". 

MIKE MAIGNAN

HUNGER FOR THE WIN
"We really want to win: we want to bring the trophy back home for our fans. The past means nothing. It'll be an important match for the season, a chance to make history, we have to be cold-blooded as we have been so far in the competition". 

A BACK THREE AND FORM
"I'm confident that my teammates can change formations. There are positive and negative moments. Right now, we're in good form and must continue on this path".
