ALLEGRI: "WE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE HOW MUCH WE'VE GROWN"

Allegri and Rafael Leão both had a press conference ahead of Perth Glory v AC Milan, which will bring the Rossoneri's tour in Asia and the Pacific to a close after games in both Singapore and Hong Kong. At the HBF Park in Perth, Allegri and Rafa spoke about a range of things before tomorrow's match, which will be live on Milan TV and the AC Milan Official App from 12:20 CEST.  

ALLEGRI'S COMMENTS

THE FINAL MATCH OF THE PRESEASON TOUR
"We are almost at the end of our preseason tour, and we have worked well here. Tomorrow we have to play seriously, with respect for the opponent, and it will be an important test both tactically and in improving fitness. It will also be key in terms of the mental game, as against Arsenal and Liverpool it's "easier" to maintain concentration, so we will be able to see how much we've grown in this sense".

THE YOUNG PLAYERS INVOLVED
"As far as I'm concerned, the term "young players" is vague. If you are good, you'll play. Our team is young anyway and this is an advantage in terms of the future".

MODRIĆ, GIMENEZ AND ESTUPIÑAN
"Luka and Santi will join the group when we return to Milanello, while some of the young players will go back to Milan Futuro. From there, we will start the last part of our work to make sure we are prepared for our first game in the Coppa Italia against Bari (17 August). Pervis is very strong and he is integrating well within a team with great values, both on and off the pitch".

THE SERIE A SEASON COMING UP
"I believe Napoli are the favourites: normally whoever wins the league always starts well. Then Inter, who are strong and have been working together for years. There will be many teams fighting for top four: Juve, Atalanta, Roma, Fiorentina and Lazio. For us, not playing in competitions will have its pros and cons: we can train all throughout the week, however AC Milan must play in the Champions League against the very best opposition".

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE GAME
"We will play against a good team, the boss told us the best way to face them, both in defence and attack. We must prepare well and try to win. We will give our all, aware that the goal is being ready to begin the season".

"He is an experienced manager who has already won here. We are a young group with a few players who have been here longer, so we are building a team with the right spirit and everything has changed compared to the past. I feel that this year we will be a real team, with great spirit, and with players able to make the difference".
