ALLEGRI: "DECISIVE MOMENT IN THE SEASON"

An important evening for the Rossoneri as they face a fellow rival in the fight for Europe on the rearranged Serie A matchday 24 fixture. "We'll need to do well to prepare for and play this match in the best way possible, it will require a disciplined performance, we'll need to be patient. Como are still fighting for a Champions League spot, they've been doing well in a short space of time, they deserve all the kudos they get".

THE TEAM AND SEASON
"We're in the final three months of the season, the season will be decided from here on out. Inter are still the title favourite. For Italian teams, Champions League qualification is a matter of life and death. Refereeing controversies? We mustn't get distracted, this always happens in football, it's obviously important to improve in the objectivity of VAR Decisions; for example when it comes to offsides that lead to a corner kick. We need to take some pressure off the referees; their job in modern football isn’t easy. Simulation? It’s subjective, there’s nothing you can do about it. We just have to focus on the pitch, on ourselves, and take another small step forward. So far we’ve been doing well, but there are many opponents fighting for the same objective".

"Apart from Rabiot who is suspended, the rest of the squad is doing well. Saelemaekers is available, we will see about Pulisic. Gimenez will return soon. Leão, like Pulisic is experiencing some physical problems, but both have scored important goals and will be decisive from now on, in the following matches when technical players will make the difference. Modrić has a genuine love for football, he's always calm, when the decisive moment comes, he steps up, this is typical of champions".
