ICC AND SERIE A: THE SCHEDULE FOR AUGUST

The final stages of pre-season before things get serious. August's schedule will be intense for the Rossoneri, who will be busy both on the pitch and at Milanello. After their return from the United States, the team resumes training today on Thursday 1 August, in preparation for the next engagement in the International Champions Cup. Three players rejoin the group after international duty: Lucas Paquetá, Franck Kessié and Diego Laxalt. On 3 August at 17:30 local time (18:30 CEST), AC Milan make their return to the football pitch at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff against Ole Gunnar Solskjær's Manchester United. After having already faced Bayern Munich and Benfica, this fixture against the Red Devils represents the Rossoneri's final ICC match of pre-season.

The Rossoneri are set to play their next friendly on 10 August at 20:45 CEST at the Fadil Vokkri Stadium in Pristina, Kosovo, where they will face the national champions Feronikeli. This will be a first for the club, as AC Milan have never before played on Kosovan soil. From the moment of their return to Milanello, Coach Giampaolo's Rossoneri, now with the entire squad present, will begin their final preparations for this season's Serie A debut. The schedule sees Milan open their league campaign at the Dacia Arena against Udinese on the first day.
