There is more joy and pleasure in working, the group are doing well and they have responded well in the last few weeks. The goal is to win a match against a great side, who are well-trained and have great quality. We must look at their strengths and their weaknesses, and then we must focus on ourselves".

Como are in good form, despite their late equaliser suffered against Venezia last time out. Before losing to Roma, Como managed to get wins against two of Serie A's big teams, Napoli and Fiorentina. Fàbregas' squad are determined to keep this positive streak going by taking points away from home with their brave and clinical play style. Como will be looking to make it difficult for AC Milan and they will work hard to take points to help them climb the table. 

Fàbregas' words ahead of the game: "We will be brave in every match, and we always need to have personality, otherwise we won't be able to use our play style properly. I have asked the boys to be creative and to play with personality. For the first time, I have everyone available, 26 players who have trained together and are committed to help the team."
