ROSSONERI AT WORK AT THE DUBAI POLICE CLUB STADIUM

Having recently landed in Dubai for their winter tour in preparation for the second half of the season, the team took to the pitch this afternoon at the Dubai Police Club Stadium for their first training session.
REPORT
After a muscular warm-up and some athletic exercises, the Rossoneri did a series of technical drills aimed at scoring in small goals positioned in the corners of the main goal. Then, divided into groups, there was some stretching and ball possession drills. Then for one block of players a new technical exercise with passing and shooting, for the other a tactical exercise. The goalkeepers, under the orders of the trainers, did some personalised work.
MONDAY 12 DECEMBER
For tomorrow, the programme involves a double training session, one in the morning (at 7:00 CET) and one in the afternoon (at 13:00 CET).
