THE WEEKEND'S RESULTS: A 2‑0 WIN OVER ROMA FOR THE U18S

The Primavera, U18s and U16s were the Rossoneri youth teams that grabbed the headlines this weekend, all netting plenty of goals while also keeping clean sheets. The Primavera, engaged in a highly anticipated top of the table clash against league leaders Hellas Verona, won 5-0 at Vismara, all of the goals scored in the second half in a super performance, especially from the attack. With this win Coach Giunti’s side bring themselves to within just a point of top spot. The U18s also won at home, beating Roma 2-0 thanks to goals from Signorile and Cudjoe in a victory that saw Coach Terni’s side move up to fourth in the standings. Finally, the U16s returned from Cagliari with a 3-0 win.

Disappointment however for the U17s and U15s in their 3-1 and 3-2 losses to Verona and Cagliari respectively. The U14s also fell to defeat, while as per usual the women’s teams brought home a superb set of results.
