A Colombo brace and goals from Capone, Capanni and Tonin secure a 5-0 win at Vismara

The AC Milan juggernaut keeps on going: after achieving promotion two weeks ago, the Primavera returned to the pitch today following last week's postponement and picked up their 15th consecutive win in the league. This time, Brescia were swept aside at Vismara in a match which was played behind closed doors. It finished 5-0 to the Rossoneri thanks to Colombo's brace and goals from Capone, Capanni and Tonin. It was another performance where the Rossoneri displayed their superiority and some great attacking play, although Jungdal also had to stop the Diavolo conceding on a few occasions. In general, AC Milan were solid and showed maturity. Following these three points on matchday 20, Coach Giunti's side have moved onto 53 points and extended their lead at the top still further. It's a win that the team will no doubt dedicate to Riccardo Oddi, who unfortunately suffered a serious injury in the second half. Next week, the Diavolo will travel to Chiavari to face Entella.

Federico Giunti made a number of changes to his starting line-up, with the Coach also having to deal with Borges' late withdrawal just before kick-off. After making a slow start, the Rossoneri really got going. Capone opened the scoring in the 21st minute as he latched onto Mionić's excellent ball over the top and fired past the goalkeeper. The Rossoneri swiftly doubled their lead after 26 minutes: this time, Capone provided an assist for Colombo, whose low strike found the back of the net. A few minutes later, Lorenzo bagged his second of the day with an almost identical strike. Brescia then looked to respond, with Ghezzi hitting the post twice after 37 and 41 minutes. After the restart, the Diavolo seemed happy to manage their three-goal advantage. Despite never really turning the screw, the team were able to extend their lead. First, Capanni, who had just entered the fray, was left with an easy tap-in after 64 minutesTonin then sent Abbrandini the wrong way from the penalty spot in the 77th minute following a handball in the box. In the closing stages, Lussignoli was unable to score a consolation goal for the away side as he shot wide with just Jungdal to beat.
