THE RESULTS FROM THE WEEKEND: PRIMAVERA VICTORIOUS, TWO DERBY WINS

It was a highly successful weekend for AC Milan's youth teams, who kicked things off with the Primavera beating Juventus 3-1 on Friday. The victory was their first of the season at home and is a result that is sure to be a massive confidence boost following a difficult start to the season. The Women's Primavera won as well: 2-1 against Brescia to stay top of their group ahead of Juventus and Inter.

To make the weekend even better, there were wins for both the U16s and U15s, both away and both by a scoreline of 3-1 - Abate and Bertuzzo's teams both tightened their grip on first place. There were also good results for the U14s and Women's U15s and U13s. Also worthy of a mention was a late equaliser for the U18s away at Sampdoria, with Terni's boys back in action against Sassuolo in midweek.
