WEEKEND RESULTS: POSITIVE ON BALANCE

The slow but steady rise of AC Milan's Primavera side continues, victorious in Genoa and on a good run of form in the championship. Thanks to the 2-0 win against Sampdoria, Giunti's boys have caught up with SPAL and narrowed the gap between them and many other opponents: our place in the standings is still is not good enough, but it is improving. The fixture list appears to offer the chance to collect lots of points before the end of the calendar year and it is essential that they carry this out ruthlessly.

A tight victory for the Under 17s who remain three points behind Inter, a big win for the Under 16s who increased their lead in the table to four points. The draw at home in the Derby for the Women's Primavera side is also worth highlighting.
