LATEST FROM MILAN FUTURO
The win over Piacenza gave the Rossoneri another boost. Milan Futuro has collected eleven points in its last five games, won two straight matches and reached 20 points in the standings, four points off the top. Despite a packed schedule of regular league fixtures and rescheduled games, Coach Navarro's team has found consistency and will look to build on the progress shown in recent weeks in front of its home fans. Ossola and Asanji were the difference-makers in the latest outing, with both players now on four goals for the season. The captain opened the scoring, while the forward continued his fine form with his fourth goal in the last five games. Their contributions reflect a squad growing in confidence and getting results from different players, as also shown by the first goals of the season scored in previous matches by Bonomi, Menon, Pagliei and Perera.
