The Frenchman was voted as the best player in the Coppa Italia match

First as a full-back, then in the centre of defence; in spite of a positional change, the result was not altered. Against Torino in the Coppa Italia, Pierre Kalulu confirmed, and if possible improved upon, the good impression that he made in his first few outings with the Rossoneri. He's learnt quickly and, since he has been thrown into the mix, has not disappointed. He started in his natural role, as a right-back, against Torino and ended the game in the heart of the back line - a role that he has played in on numerous occasions.

He looked comfortable in both roles, playing with concentrations, athleticism and assuredness on the ball. He made three interceptions, seven recoveries and won numerous duels. In his eighth appearance for the first team, Kalulu picked up his very first MVP award. Keep it up, Pierre!
