A display full of character and substance from Sandro, who was voted as the team's best performer by the fans

He didn't score, but he did provide the assist for Rebić's goal, sending in the corner which the Croat headed home to seal a precious 1-1 draw. Sandro Tonali is one of the most obvious and pleasing revelations of the season so far, and he certainly built on his excellent start to the campaign in Turin. It was a display where he used his head, legs and heart, combining determination with substance. It was a high-quality performance in a highly anticipated and important heavyweight clash, so much so that our fans were convinced enough to vote him as the Rossoneri MVP from Juve v AC Milan with more than 40% of the share. He thus finished ahead of Rebić, Tomori and Kalulu.

It's his second MVP award in a row in the league after also receiving the most votes following his display against Lazio. In Turin, he spent 90 minutes on the pitch, had 74 touches, made 46 successful passes, recovered the ball on seven occasions, played four good long balls, was fouled four times and won two tackles. These are fantastic numbers which, to a large extent, were better than the figures put up by the remainder of the team. Tonali, the Club and Pioli are all undoubtedly satisfied, with the Coach knowing he can count on a midfielder who is enjoying an excellent period of form. The 21-year-old is getting more and more game time and is increasingly becoming a more trusted member of the group. You deserve it, Sandro. Keep it up!
