He was decisive in the Coppa Italia once, as he was against Genoa. He opened the scoring and set up Giroud to double the Rossoneri's lead. It's difficult to stop Rafa when he's on this kind of a roll. He delights the fans, who in turn voted for him as their MVP from AC Milan v Lazio. The stats show that Rafa's goal last night took him to nine for the season in all competitions and that he has never before scored as many in a single season with a club in one of Europe's Top-5 leagues.

Leão has been directly involved in 14 goals this season and, in yesterday's quarter-final, he won 12 duels and completed 80% of his attempted dribbles. Since January, his contribution to the cause has been vital, a clear sign of Rafa's development this season. "We gooo!"
