MVP FOR OCTOBER: LUKA MODRIĆ

Shining in matches during the past month, the winner for MVP for October: is simply, Luka Modrić. Champions are just like this, essential, difference-makers and able to make valuable contributions when it's needed and when it counts. This Croatian international has been voted for this recognition by the Rossoneri fans, beating Leão, Maignan and Ricci to the prize at the end of an intense and complex month.

Then, in Bergamo, on a complex evening, he made 46 passes and recovered possession seven times. 

In particular: he's not missed a second of play, on the pitch for 360 minutes out of a possible 360 in last month's games, including his games with the National Team. A total player who always gives his all, without holding back, commanding a key area of the pitch with class and elegance. He makes the difference, with his brain and feet, staying humble and always showing great passion. He's a technical leader and someone to look up to in terms of his character. We're only at the start, the season is continuing, and the best is still to come. 

He's excited us since the first day, filling our hearts ball after ball with every delicate touch. There's wonder because one would not expect a 40-year-old could do such things. There's pride because that 40-year-old wears the AC Milan shirt. Between Modrić, AC Milan and all Milanisti, it was love at first sight. The MVP for October award shows this, just like the applause at San Siro every time he goes to take a corner, and the smile of every Milanista when they have the chance to seem him play. Bravo Luka!
