AC Milan Women faced Inter in the first historic Women's Serie A derby to be held at San Siro, ending in a 1-1 draw. The Nerazzurre took the lead in the 45'+1' with a goal from Elisa Bartoli, but the Rossonere responded promptly at the start of the second half with Nadia Nadim scoring in the 51': her first goal with the Club. This result keeps AC Milan in sixth place with 15 points whilst Inter are third with 25 points. The Rossonere showed determination and fighting spirit, managing to secure an important point in a highly anticipated derby. AC Milan started the match with a 4-3-3 formation, aiming to impose their football in the opening minutes and creating several chances.

Despite conceding a goal at the end of the first half, Bakker's team did not lose heart and reacted with grit in the second half. The team found the equaliser through a well-orchestrated play by Renzotti, then the introduction of Cesarini, Laurent and Rubio brought new energy. The defence held strong against the opponent's attacks, with Giuliani and Swaby making crucial saves. Despite the draw, AC Milan demonstrated their ability to compete at high levels and will continue to work on improving results in the upcoming challenge, away against Lazio. Forza Milan!

In the 5th minute, Renzotti hit the crossbar with a shot from outside the box, narrowly missing the lead for the Rossonere. Ijeh and Soffia went close to scoring too in the first half of the match. However, it was Inter who broke the deadlock at the end of the first 45, with Bartoli scoring from a precise shot assisted by Magull with the very first chance of the game. The Rossonere tried to respond immediately, but the first half ended with the Nerazzurre ahead.
