A victory that threatened to slip away, but captain Brescianini’s second-half penalty secured the win for AC Milan’s Primavera side after Venezia came back to 2-2 after being 2-0 down. Milan’s youth side won another three points in the league at Vismara, flying up to second spot in the table on seven points. A positive day, although there are points to improve as was stressed by Coach Giunti, Riccardo Tonin and Luan Capanni after the game.
An excellent result for the U-18s, who won triumphed 3-0 over Fiorentina thanks to Signorile's double and Cattaneo's goal to open the scoring. The U-17s however were left disappointed after a 2-1 loss in the Derby, as El Hilali's goal was not enough to find a result. In the two home games against Bologna, both the U-16s and U-15s drew 1-1, but both sides remain top of their respective Group Bs after the result. Finally, the women’s teams all emerged from the weekend victorious.
