AMORIM: "THE TEAM IS READY, WE'VE WORKED A LOT"

August brought two matches and two victories for the Rossoneri, while September begins with a stern test. Juventus v AC Milan brings together two of the sides still on maximum points in the opening stages of the Serie A season. Ahead of kick-off at 20:45 CEST on Sunday 6 September, Rúben Amorim previewed the fixture in the pre-match press conference.

AHEAD OF JUVENTUS V AC MILAN
"We have to win every game, so I don't think the big matches are more important than the others. It'll be a good test to see if we've improved compared to last week, also because we're against a good team who have a good manager, and it's away. I'm enthusiastic, I think that my team is ready. I am ready". 

OPTIONS IN THE TEAM
"Moreira has trained for two weeks. He's more prepared now. He's an option, just like Rabiot, in two positions. We'll see what our starting 11 will be like".

CAMARDA AND THE ATTACK
"I think that we must give space to Camarda. We can also play with the three players who can rotate. At times, changing the characteristics of the attackers can help us".

THE TRANSFER WINDOW AND THE GROUP
"I'm really happy with the window. We have new players who are great and will help us during the season and in the future. We're all agreed on the decisions to make. We had a problem with Gabbia, we don't know how long it'll last. Tomori is a great player, he's looked good in training. The team is my priority and I felt it was best to reintegrate him". 

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TEAM
"I am the leader of this changing-room. It's my job to help my players on and off the pitch, but on the pitch we must work hard, there's no other way. I'm very demanding in the gym and in training. Off it, however, I'm a guy who wants to help them and their families".
