With the aim of maximizing turnover from ticket sales (exclusively B2C ticketing) and contributing to the development of a long-term relationship with fans, we are looking for a Ticketing Manager. The role involves the drafting and proposal of the strategy for the sale of tickets, subscriptions and packages, defining all necessary actions to implement such strategy in terms of pricing, timing and targeting, analyzing the performances achieved to reshape initiatives and suggesting improvement actions.

Skills and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate fulfils the following requirements:

  • High analytical skills, for the reading and processing of a large amount of data useful to support the decision-making process;
  • Knowledge of the main economic and financial indicators and ability to draw up budgets and business plans;
  • Knowledge of the SAS platform (in particular, Visual Analytics module) to assess the performances of the activity and the main performance indicators and to develop reporting;
  • Knowledge of the SQL language;
  • Mastery in using Excel;
  • Excellent leadership skills for the effective coordination of all the resources involved in the process, crosswise the organization;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and ability to deal with all levels of the organization;
  • Knowledge and awareness of the sports sector (preferably football) or of major events organization;
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in the analysis and development of ticketing revenues;
  • Fluent English.
