ROSSONERI ON THE PITCH AT THE BMO STADIUM

The team returned to training in the wake of the Soccer Champions Tour opener against Real Madrid. On Sunday evening, new signing Noah Okafor joined the group and immediately took to the pitch with his teammates for the day's training session.

REPORT
After working in groups in the gym in the morning, the Rossoneri returned to the BMO Stadium, home of LAFC, at 17:00 for the afternoon session. Training got underway with muscle activation, first on the mats and then between posts and hurdles. 

Some players, Okafor amongst them, followed their own individual training plan, whilst the rest of the group took part in some exercises in a circle, with the aim of not dropping the ball. This was followed by exercises with dummies:  passing, crosses and shots on goal, first from the right and then from the left. To conclude the session, a challenge on penalty kicks.

TUESDAY 25 JULY
The schedule includes a double session, again at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.
