From Monday 10 August until 10 September, the procedure to request refunds for season tickets, half-season subscriptions and game packs for the 2019/20 Serie A season will be active on the rimborsi.acmilan.com portal.
Via the online procedure, two reimbursement options will be available: a refund voucher or a monetary refund, with the Club’s aim being to guarantee the utmost flexibility for fans.
There are multiple benefits for those who select the voucher option:
For those who choose a monetary refund, the amount will be transferred to the account indicated during the online procedure within 60 days of the request.
The refund amount will equate to the amount paid towards the six home games held behind closed doors due to the health emergency. A separate refund process was held for AC Milan v Genoa and no more refunds will be issued.
Fans will need a valid MyMilan account to submit a refund request, and will need to provide all of their subscription or season ticket details along with their bank details in the event that they opt for a monetary refund. For more information please visit the website rimborsi.acmilan.com.
The online procedure for season ticket or game pack holders will be open until 10 September 2020. After this date, no more refund requests will be processed. For season tickets purchased directly through official Milan Clubs, fans will need to contact their relevant Club.
