


The Rossoneri met up for breakfast at Milanello this morning prior to heading to the changing rooms and getting down to work.
THE REPORT
After warming up in the gym, the team took to the central pitch, where they did strength work with the aid of equipment. A series of exercises focused on speed followed. With this first part of the session dedicated to the physical side of things over, the group began to work with the ball, initially completing themed rondos. Technical drills brought proceedings to an end in the morning.
In the afternoon, the Rossoneri warmed up with rondos out on the pitch, while it was then time for technical exercises involving dummies and then dribbling work. In the meantime, the goalkeepers did specific training with their coaches. The session came to an end with a practice match on a reduced section of the pitch.
THURSDAY 15 JULY
Tomorrow, on Thursday 15 July, another double session is in store for Coach Pioli’s men.
