WORKING HARD AHEAD OF PANATHINAIKOS

The Rossoneri trained this morning after the usual meeting at Milanello for breakfast before going down to the changing rooms.

THE REPORT
The team went straight out onto the raised pitch behind the changing rooms to begin their warm-up, made up of a series of athletic exercises performed using low obstacles and mannequins. This was followed by some themed rondos before moving on to the tactical phase of today's training. Before returning to the changing rooms, the team wrapped up the training by playing a match on a reduced-sized pitch.

SATURDAY 14 AUGUST
Tomorrow morning the team will leave for Trieste where they will play a friendly match against Panathinaikos in the evening: Kick-off is at 20:30 CEST.
