Training will resume this afternoon following the two day rest period granted by the coach; the team met up for lunch and then headed down to the lockers.
REPORT
To begin with, they started in the gym with a series of muscle activities. At the end on the pitch, the group continued their warm-up phase with a series of rondos. The training continued with some technical exercises which lead on to possession-based work, then finishing with a small match on a reduced pitch. To conclude the session, some aerobic exercises with a series of sprints varying in intensity along the length of the pitch, before returning to the changing room.
