


The Rossoneri were at Milanello this morning for breakfast before heading off to the changing rooms to get ready for the first of two training sessions in the day.
REPORT
The first part of training started off with a muscle warm-up activation exercise done in the gym. They then went out onto the training pitches and went through a series of exercises focused on speed, using cones, poles and various pieces of equipment. To finish off the session, the players took part in some endurance running drills.
The afternoon session started off with some fun, light-hearted games, before doing some rondos drills in circles. The session continued focusing on further ball possession exercises, followed by a small-sided game on a reduced sized pitch. Again, to end the session, there was some fitness, endurance work without the use of a ball.
