The players met for breakfast at Milanello this morning before getting ready for a big day with a double session.

As usual, the group started the session in the gym by activating their muscles, before heading out onto the pitch for a fitness session. The focus was on speed with a series of exercises done on a set course, all at maximum effort. In the meantime, the goalkeepers worked separately.
In the afternoon, the team began the second session at 16:30 CEST out on the pitch, where they did some rondos and a series of exercises working on possession of the football. Then, it was onto technical work before the session concluded with a game on a reduced pitch.
WEDNESDAY 20 JULY
The plan for tomorrow is to hold another double training session.
