THE TEMPO IS RAISED AT MILANELLO

This morning a beautiful sunny day welcomed the Rossoneri to Milanello, who met for breakfast before heading down to the changing room. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present.

This morning at Milanello, the Rossoneri met for breakfast before going down to the changing room. Maldini and Massara were also present. Muscle warm-up in the gym before heading out onto the pitch where the group completed the warm-up with some athletic exercises. Then the team began a series of technical drills, shuttle runs and shots on goal; all using dummies. This was followed by a tactical drill. The session continued with more technical drills combined with athletic work before the usual training match on a reduced pitch.
