MILANELLO: TECHNIQUE AND POSSESSION

The Rossoneri arrived at Milanello for lunch before getting down to work today. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both in attendance at the sports centre to watch the team in action.

REPORT
The group initially warmed up in the gym before taking to the pitch. Once outside, they continued activating their muscles with athletic exercises, which they performed with the aid of low obstacles and dummies. Having been divided into two groups, the players then worked on possession and carried out technical drills focused on shooting. Before heading back inside, the Rossoneri played a practice match on a small pitch.
