EASTER TRAINING SESSION

The Rossoneri met for breakfast at Milanello for an Easter Sunday training session. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were also present to observe the session.

REPORT
The group began the session in the gym where they activated their muscles. The session then moved outside and the squad was divided into two groups: the starters from the Empoli game did light recovery work, while the rest of the squad finished the warm-up with some speed exercises. The second group continued training with a series of 5-a-side games on a reduced pitch, played at maximum intensity.

The plan for tomorrow is to train tomorrow morning.
