GROUP WORK AT MILANELLO

It was a warm, sunny day that welcomed the Rossoneri to Milanello this morning for their penultimate session ahead of the upcoming clash with Slavia Praha in the Europa League round of 16 second leg on Thursday 14 March at 18:45 CET.

The squad started off with a muscle activation routine in the gym before heading out onto the grass to finish off their warm-up with some rondos. Training continued with a series of ball-possession exercises before being divided into two groups: the first, consisting of the starting eleven from the game with Empoli, carried out some fitness work, while the second took part in a small sided training game on a reduced-sized pitch.

WEDNESDAY 13 MARCH
A morning session is scheduled, Stefano Pioli and Fikayo Tomori will then hold a pre-match press conference at 18:30 CET - available like always on Milan TV, YouTube and Twitch.
